Metro Crenshaw Line
Anticipated Completion Date: 2019
The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) is currently constructing the Crenshaw Line, which will connect the existing Expo Line at the Crenshaw/Exposition station to the Green Line at the Aviation/LAX Station.
This 8.5 mile line will serve the cities of Los Angeles, Inglewood, Hawthorne and El Segundo, as well as portions of unincorporated Los Angeles County.
The Crenshaw Line includes eight stations:
- Crenshaw/Exposition
- Crenshaw/Martin Luther King Jr.
- Crenshaw/Vernon (Leimert Park)
- Crenshaw/Slauson
- Florence/West
- Florence/La Brea
- Florence/Hindry
- Aviation/ Century
Construction has already begun with an anticipated completion date of April 2019.
